works for me: laundry sorting

and now Suzanne has something to say about parenting :: works for me

All you experienced moms probably already knew about this, but I had to figure it out all by myself.

With color-coordinated markers, I labeled five laundry baskets thusly:

:: all white
:: mostly white
:: pink & red
:: blue, green, brown, black
:: orange & yellow

The children bring down their laundry and sort it into the appropriate baskets. All I have to do is dump the fullest basket into the wash. If I do just one load a day, we keep up. Works for me!
